Minutes away!

How exciting! We are literally minutes away from departure! We will be meeting at the church in about half an hour, where we will gather and pray for our safe passage and a blessed trip. Then we will load up in cars and the church van and drive to Philadelphia International Airport to begin our voyage in earnest. I'm sure I speak for us all when I say, we're excited, nervous, looking forward to what will be an incredible opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. Though we may have some worry about where we're going and what we'll be doing, Matthew 6:34 reminds us "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." So we will trust in God to guide us on our way and keep us safe on our journey, and use us as He sees fit to further His kingdom here on earth.
